The Research Journal of Innovative Ideas and Thoughts (RJIIT) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles, review articles, short communications, and case reports in all areas of innovative ideas and thoughts. The journal covers a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to:

- Management
- Science
- Social Sciences
- Humanities
The RJIIT is committed to publishing high-quality research that makes a significant contribution to the field of innovative ideas and thoughts. The journal follows a rigorous peer-review process, and all articles are subject to editorial review and at least two rounds of peer review.
Authors are welcome to submit their research articles to the RJIIT. The journal accepts articles in English only. Articles should be formatted according to the journal's guidelines, which can be found on the RJIIT website.
The RJIIT is indexed in Scopus and other major databases. This means that articles published in the journal are easily discoverable by researchers around the world.

Here are some additional information for authors of the Research Journal of Innovative Ideas and Thoughts:
- Article length: Articles should be no more than 8,000 words in length, excluding references.
- References: References should be formatted according to the APA style guide.
- Figures and tables: Figures and tables should be numbered and cited in the text.
- Abstract: The abstract should be no more than 250 words in length and should provide a concise overview of the article.
- Keywords: The keywords should be no more than 10 in number and should accurately reflect the content of the article.
